Overview:

Soliant is in search of a committed and empathetic Male Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time role. The selected candidate will demonstrate a strong dedication to assisting children and adolescents by providing personalized support and executing behavior intervention strategies. This position entails close collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and fellow team members to facilitate student success in a nurturing and organized setting.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Execute tailored behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of a BCBA.
  • Deliver direct, individualized therapy to students, concentrating on behavior management, social skills enhancement, and academic assistance.
  • Track and document student progress, gathering data on behavioral responses and intervention effectiveness.
  • Engage in effective communication with team members, parents, and educational staff to promote the success of intervention strategies.
  • Contribute to the formulation of innovative strategies and interventions to address the changing needs of students.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive atmosphere for all students.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid RBT certification.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in an educational environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
