The Retirement Compliance Analyst is responsible for the compliance of retirement plan administration. Audits, maintains, and evaluates compliance performance with federal regulations. Compiles, analyzes, and summarizes data for analytics and interpretation. Assists in administrating, processing, and maintaining other Community Health System (CHS) and Community Provider Network (CPN) retirement programs. Works closely with stakeholders and other internal and external teams/leaders to ensure and support implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Education
• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred Experience
• 5 years of experience in Retirement Administration, Accounting, and/or Human Resources required
• Experience in Cash Balance plan(s) strongly preferred
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred Licenses and Certifications
• Accreditation from a professional retirement plan association, such as Accredited Pension Administrator (APA), Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA), or National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) preferred
• CEBS - Certified Employee Benefits Specialist Certification preferred
