Description:

We are seeking a full-time Electronics Technician for first shift. In this role, you will be responsible for applying electronic theory, electrical testing procedures and related knowledge to test, troubleshoot, and repair, electronic equipment at the Board level.

Desired Skills:


• Solid understanding of electronic theory and application; including troubleshooting techniques, calibration, test procedures, circuit analysis, and use of electronic equipment


• Ability to build or assemble to specification; to read and understand schematics, logic charts, flow charts, wiring diagrams


• Repair and/or replacement of complex electronic equipment at board or component level (includes surface mount soldering/de-soldering)


• Firm grasp of ESD protocols


• Set up test equipment, organize work in an efficient manner, complete task in a timely manner, adapt to change in process, and work well in a team environment


• Analog and Digital circuitry and test equipment such as scopes and analyzer


• Nice to have ISO and IPC circuit board certifications and Associate Degree in Electronics or a similar degree / certifications


• Leads by example and serves as a role model


• Effectively communicates with cross-functional team members


• Exhibit a coaching and mentoring style of leadership and has the ability to train others

• Demonstrated electronics knowledge, troubleshooting or testing


• Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• 3+ years related Electronics Technician or Engineering Technician experience
