Job Title: Materials Management Clerk 2

The Materials Management Clerk 2 at UHealth has an exciting opportunity to accurately perform all receiving and delivery functions related to the receipt and distribution of supplies in assigned facilities. This role serves as a lead to junior team members, ensuring departments receive the necessary supplies via the Par Level system. They also restock crash carts, coordinate deliveries, and maintain organized storage areas. The Clerk 2 assists the manager in maintaining records, coordinates emergency deliveries, and liaises with various departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain inventory in main store rooms and floor stock areas.
  • Requisition, receive, stock, and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Assist in unloading and unpacking inventory items.
  • Provide leadership and assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Coordinate emergency deliveries with departments.
  • Act as a liaison between Receiving, Purchasing, and Inventory Coordinator.
  • Maintain work and storage areas in a safe and orderly manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
