About the Role

As supervisor for supply chain, you will oversee and manage all supply chain related processes. This includes operational processes, implementing improvements, managing the team and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your Responsibilities
  • General disciplinary and technical leadership responsibilities within the supply chain organization
  • Workforce planning and responsibility for achieving logistics KPIs
  • Operational management of material handling
  • Development and implementation of new supply chain processes
  • Monitoring the implementation of supply chain strategies
  • Ensuring the continuity of the supply chain and the supply of the assembly line
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements/guidelines
  • Carrying out internal monitoring and reporting, initiating countermeasures in the event of deviations from targets
  • Driving continuous improvement activities
Who we are looking for
  • Technical degree / High school diploma or equivalent
  • Planning competence and knowledge of material flow optimization
  • Several years of experiences in logistics (automotive industry preferred)
  • Fluent in English, German (desirable), Spanish (desirable)
Your preferred qualifications
  • Experience in setting up and operating a supply chain
  • Process understanding in supply chains (international & domestic) and assembly line supply
  • Lean management and production optimization
  • Ability to motivate large and diverse teams
  • Strong analytical skills and quick decision making based on facts
  • Experience in working with SAP
