As a Lead Software Engineer, you will oversee the software design process for products we are developing. You'll develop and test software to ensure it meets the needs of our clients, performing code reviews and providing feedback to junior developers and engineers.
What you will do: Lead and participate in the software development process from design to implementationWork with other developers and architects on improvements to our development processInvestigate and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecksCollaborate with cross functional teams to debug and improve productsFacilitate new software implementation in an Agile environmentParticipate in code reviews and enforce standard practices within the teamMentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical guidance What you will bring: 8+ years of experience in developing in Java/J2EE, Design Patterns and Open-Source frameworksSolid expertise on Spring, Spring Boot and other Spring ecosystem technologies2 years of minimum experience with AWS or cloud technologies.2 years of minimum experience with relational databases and PL/SQLProven experience designing, developing, and maintaining a complex software solution involving multiple stakeholdersStrong documentation, problem-solving, and debugging skillsExperience with Agile methodologies and test driven developmentProven experience building highly scalable web applications.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent emphasis

Base Salary Range $109, $158, The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
