KPMG is currently seeking a Specialist Director, QA Head to join our Managed Services practice.

ResponsibilitiesDefine and govern QA strategy and approach for all solutions in the engineering and technology portfolioLead and define QA processes within the organization leveraging leading industry practicesAdvocate for quality assurance and continuous improvements and industry recognized best practicesOverall ownership of quality engineering solution architecture with a focus on test automation and quality of products deliveredQualifications Minimum ten years of recent experience in software development, testing, program management, and test automationBachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams of various sizes including leading remote or offshore resources Extensive functional and technical understanding of end-to end-testing from system testing through user acceptance testing including hands-on experience with industry leading test management and test automation toolsetsAbility to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations; capability to create high-performing, motivated teams by applying interpersonal and collaboration skillsApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the futureKPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
