We are seeking a Medical Director & full-time Board-Certified Dermatologist to join our team in Brickell. The ideal candidate will be a licensed, experienced professional who places our clients at the forefront of their practice. This role requires adherence to the highest ethical and professional standards in patient care, with a strong focus on excellence and superior client service.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

You will be expected to:
thoroughly evaluate patientsdevelop diagnosis and respective treatment plansadminister treatments such as wound suturing and/or injections, and instruct patients of proper after-careperform various procedures including Dermatology services, Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, facial rejuvenation, etc.utilize a wide variety of state-of-the-art devices/lasersdevelop and employ methods to improve both compliance and patient careSupervise and develop Clinical Staffbe responsible for all charting of your patientsother responsibilities as assignedREQUIRED ATTRIBUTESLicensed in the State of FloridaExperience performing aesthetics and dermatology proceduresSome surgical experience preferredExcellent communication skillsAbility to effectively collaborate with doctors and other members of the practice in a positive and productive wayStrong sense of empathy to handle patients and their personPunctual, professional, and energeticWork 32-36 hours per weekBilingual is a plusBenefits:
