We are hiring Production Workers on 1st and 2nd shift These individuals will be responsible for helping others by moving

banding

and learning how to process steel to customer specifications. Duties include a wide variety of tasks

from material handling

crane operations

forklift operating

machine setup

problem-solving

quality control

and other duties to assist with daily operations. We train on the job so manufacturing experience is not required.

Available shifts
  • Regular 1st Shift hours 7am-3pm / Overtime hours 5am-3pm
  • Regular 2nd Shift Hours 3pm to 11pm / Overtime hours 3pm-1am
  • Saturday overtime as needed and scheduled in advance.

Required Experience
  • Know understand and follow plant safety rules policies and procedures.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older with basic math & reading skills.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Must have ability to work off shifts/ 8-10 hours daily / weekends as required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment focusing on meeting Safety Quality Delivery and Cost goals.
  • A strong commitment for personal growth and team success

Salary Range: $20.00- $24.00/hr.
