Job Summary

Engage in various responsibilities associated with the Film Studies and Humanities sectors.

Eligibility as a current student and Financial Aid qualification is required.


Key Responsibilities
  • Generate media content for Film Studies and related Humanities projects.
  • Organize and oversee video production equipment within the Media Innovation Center.
  • Assist in the communication and planning of events.
  • Perform administrative tasks and maintain records.
  • Facilitate communication with filmmakers and community collaborators.
  • Recruit and coordinate student volunteers for events.
  • Create and manage digital media assets.
  • Support the execution of events linked to Humanities, including festivals and conferences.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in administrative tasks, effective communication, event planning, and various media production levels.
  • Possession of or ability to obtain a valid driver's license issued by the State of Georgia.
  • Eligibility for Pell Grant (FAFSA).
  • Must demonstrate Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP).
  • Must have an unmet financial need based on total cost of attendance.
  • Current enrollment as a GHC student is mandatory.

Proposed Salary

$10 per hour

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
