Here is what you will be doing each day: As a Lead Barista, you will be working with our food & beverage team to greet and anticipate guests needs, ensuring that no request is left unattended, and every desire is fulfilled promptly. You will execute administrative tasks, assist with scheduling, training, and lead the Cup of Joe team to excellence. You will also make delicious lattes, teas, and fancy beverages for hotel and local guests alike with Starbucks coffee products. You don't shy away from hard work and enjoy bringing a smile to guests and team members faces. Does this sound like you?
