Resurfacing Specialist

Miracle Method of Tempe is seeking a skilled Resurfacing Technician to join our team. As a Resurfacing Technician, you will be responsible for restoring the appearance of bathtubs, tiles, countertops, and other surfaces using specialized equipment and techniques.

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing imperfections as needed
• Apply coatings and finishes to surfaces using specialized equipment and techniques
• Ensure proper ventilation and safety precautions are in place during refinishing projects
• Inspect finished surfaces to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their refinishing needs and preferences
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

• Previous experience in surface refinishing or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and guidelines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
