Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Channel Manager will perform a range of recruitment-related tasks including crafting compelling and compliant job postings and writing job descriptions, sourcing of candidates, corresponding with interested applicants and potential recruitment partners, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, developing social media campaigns, and assisting with compliance and outreach efforts. Duties are performed within a team environment with a focus on quality and excellence.

Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:

Manage and lead in growing and maturing the organization's recruitment solution through the outreach, coordination, and engagement of partners. Review job postings to ensure they are accurate, grammatically correct, contain correct branding and are compliant with Federal and State requirements. Manage candidate flow of submitted candidates from external partners to internal recruitment team and ensure candidates are qualified and communications of statues are done timely and effectively. Coordinate with internal recruitment team on submission and review of candidates submitted by engaged partners. Ensure the talent management system remains updated and candidate and employee statuses are dispositioned, reviewed, and updated accordingly.Support with annual Affirmative Action and other compliance reporting. Research trends in the recruitment industry and share best practices with internal team.Review sponsored job boards weekly to close and open positions and reallocate budgets as requested. Learn and become expertly proficient in talent management system.Maximize utilization of talent management system with the goal of increasing qualified candidate flow and outreach. Facilitate internal training and create "how-to" guides on talent management system. Calculate and update recruitment metrics monthly and as needed. Assist with developing talent pools through combined marketing and outreach efforts. Manage and evaluate job board and other talent management vendors that supply organization with candidate leads. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field
Required Experience
Minimum3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.Proven experience contributing to positive results in talent acquisition. Prior experience calculating and reporting on recruitment metrics.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Savvy with a solid interest in talent acquisition. Able to recommend changes to improve outcomes through data analytics. Abile to compile and present visually appealing and meaningful presentations. Extremely detailed oriented and organized. Energetic self-starter. Entrepreneurial spirit. Motivated by results.Adaptable to the changing needs of a business. Passionate to develop, learn, contribute, and excel.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Experience with ICIMS

Preferred Qualifications
Certification(s) in Recruitment from AIRS, ASA, NAPS or HRCI
