Major Accountabilities

~ Stimuleer concurrerende omzetgroei
~ Identificeer en prioriteer klanten met een hoog potentieel door middel van data-analyse (HCP's en belanghebbenden) die van invloed zijn op receptbeslissingen
~ Stimuleer verkoopprestaties door de bekwame orkestratie van positieve klantervaringen
~ Betrek en bouw relaties op.
~ Neem deel aan op waarde gebaseerde gesprekken (persoonlijk en virtueel) om inzicht te krijgen in kritieke uitdagingen van klanten, beslissingsfactoren, pijnpunten en kansen
~ Personaliseer en orkestreer customer engagement journeys voor beoogde HCP's door de voorkeuren van de klant weer te geven, gebruik te maken van beschikbare content en meerdere engagementkanalen
~ Bouw betrokkenheid op door samen te werken met HCP's om in de loop van de tijd een duurzame samenwerking voor Novartis te ontwikkelen
~ Lever gedenkwaardige, klantgerichte ervaringen die verder gaan dan klinische differentiatie door te luisteren naar hun behoeften en hun zorgomgeving te begrijpen
~ Bouw effectieve werkrelaties op met opinieleiders en medische topbeïnvloeders (op territoriumniveau) en daag huidig gedrag uit om de reis van de patiënt te verbeteren (juiste patiënt, juiste tijd)
~ Ontwikkel diepgaande klantinzichten en -inzichten
~ Verzamel inzichten in het bedrijf van de klant om te ontdekken wat voor hen belangrijk is
~ Volg feedback van klanten op en vertaal reacties naar acties die extra waarde creëren en verwachtingen overtreffen
~ Maak gebruik van beschikbare gegevensbronnen om relevante gebieds-, account- en klantinteractieplannen te maken, dynamisch te prioriteren en aan te passen
~ Klantinzichten doorlopend delen met relevante interne stakeholders ter ondersteuning van de ontwikkeling van product- en indicatiegerelateerde content, campagnes en interactieplannen
~ Waarde leveren aan klanten en patiënten
~ Werk conform de regels samen met cross-functionele teams om oplossingen te ontwerpen en te implementeren die tegemoetkomen aan onvervulde behoeften van klanten en patiënten
~ Fungeren als een vertrouwde partner voor de klant om hen te helpen bij het runnen van hun bedrijf; luisteren om te leren; ernaar streven de relatie op een conforme en ethische manier te verdiepen; zichzelf positioneren om oplossingen met toegevoegde waarde te creëren.
~ Handel integer en eerlijk door klanten en collega's op een transparante en respectvolle manier te behandelen met een duidelijke bedoeling. Als je voor ethische dilemma's staat, doe dan het juiste en spreek je uit als dingen niet goed lijken. Leef volgens de Novartis-code voor ethiek en waarden en gedragingen.
