Product Marketing Manager - Respiratory

The Manager, Integrated Marketing will be responsible for supporting the Patient and HCP marketing strategy for growth brands and/or supporting Marketing Directors, for both HCP and Patient, including the delivery of key strategic analyses and outputs to inform customer experience planning and execution within the Integrated Marketing. This individual will report directly into a Brand Marketer and will partnering closely with the HCP Marketers, Patient Marketers, and other strategic partners, to ensure that the Marketing Strategy and concepts are effectively orchestrated into the appropriate campaigns, tactics and experiences. The Product Manager will be responsible for contributing to the identification, the testing, and validation of creative concepts and messaging architecture, and contributing to the creation of assets. This role also can contribute to the integrated HCP Marketing HCP marketing plan, while serving as an interface with the Customer Engagement training and field leadership teams.

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing.

• Experience supporting campaign development and execution

• Demonstrated experience of leveraging data, analytics, and customer insights

• Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and teams including Product, Communications, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance and Global

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and information to a range of audiences and stakeholders

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines

Desired Experience:

• Knowledge of Eyecare or Respiratory

• Novartis Experience

• HCP Marketing

Location: Hybrid role, must be local to East Hanover, NJ
Pay Rate: $45-$73/hour
Contract: 4 months
