The Provider Recruiter & Engagement Specialist will report to the Specialty Network Manager. The role supports recruiting of new providers, building strong relationships and operational improvements. This individual will play a key role in growing the network and advocating for improvements to increase provider satisfaction and engagement. Additionally, the role supports network operations by helping to streamline processes, manage network gaps and assess trends to identify areas of improvement.

The Provider Recruiter & Engagement Specialist ensures the providers' experience at MDLIVE is best in class and ensures provider satisfaction and productivity is at the highest level. The role represents the "Voice of the Provider" and partners with cross-functional teams to support capacity planning, identify product enhancements, drive operational excellence and serve as the champion for process improvements for the network.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all components of the recruitment process such as search strategy, outreach (includes various avenues such as job boards, LinkedIn, provider and industry specific associations, Locum firms, etc.), interviewing, hiring and contracting
  • Represents the MDLIVE brand and develop deep understanding of services to articulate the value proposition for providers and external stakeholders
  • Builds and cultivates strong relationships with providers, conducts outreach and solicits feedback in order to recommend engagement initiatives to continually enhance the experience
  • Supports management of daily operations such as responding to inquiries, monitoring key metrics to measure success and developing action plans in response to issues
  • Reviews specialty network needs to assist with capacity planning and supports data analysis to inform network decisions
  • Special projects as assigned, which may include close collaboration with cross-functional teams


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, HS Diploma required
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service, recruitment or marketing/sales experience
  • High energy, positive, with demonstrated problem solving, multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
  • An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral, written and persuasive skills
  • Strong organizational skills, project management experience a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare field preferred
