Troy Athletics Revenue Generation and External Operations Graduate Assistant

Job Duties:
•The Graduate Assistant for Revenue Generation and External Operations will report directly to the Executive Associate Athletics Director of External Operations. The Graduate Assistant will work with the Development Staff on a daily basis.
•Oversee all athletic team reunions for letterwinner activities. This will include, but not be limited, to the annual T-Club Letterwinners Day as well as sport specific events at Football, Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball and Soccer.
•Oversee T-Roy's Kids Club. This will include working with the marketing team to promote awareness of these programs, ordering yearly gifts for these programs and creating newsletters to share with these members. All funds generated will help support the Trojan Warrior Fund.

•Will work directly with the Development Team on the annual First Pitch Banquet benefitting the Baseball and Softball teams.
•Will work directly with the Development Team on the annual Basketball Tipoff Banquet benefitting the Men's and Women's Basketball teams.
•Will assist with the annual Golf Tournament supporting the Football program as well as the Trojan Cup supporting the Men's and Women's Golf Programs.
•Oversee hospitality areas at Football, Basketball and Baseball home games to ensure exemplary customer service and working with donors throughout the games.
•In conjunction with the Executive Associate Athletics Director, will oversee several aspects of the annual Football Kickoff Party.
•Will handle daily foundation deposits for gifts supporting the Trojan Warrior Fund.
•Will have the opportunity to assist the Executive Associate Athletics Director with key licensing campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications:
Admission to a Troy University graduate program (must be accepted as a graduate student to accept position) Excellent oral communication skills, written communications skills and customer service skills Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and strong time management skills Ability to multi-task, stay organized, keep up with high-energy, fast-paced environment Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work nights and weekends Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications:Previous work experience (student worker, internship or volunteer) in the sports industry Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Working knowledge of collegiate/professional sportsWe have other current jobs related to this field that you can find below
