OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Specialist, Promotions & Merchandising to lead the creation, reporting and optimization of the promotional set up within the US DTC market. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, DTC Sales US, you will be responsible for translating digital merchandising strategies into promotional tactics and take on the management of parts and accessories. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Sales & Analysis, Demand Planning, Digital Merchandising and Analytics.

LOCATION: Needham, MA Onsite 3 days a week

Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:

Merchandising

  • Manage Parts and Accessories: Oversee the end-to-end management of parts and accessories, including assortment planning, inventory management, set-up, and ongoing optimizations.
  • Inventory Management: Track inventory positions for SKUs, proactively request inventory transfers to prevent out-of-stocks and communicate inventory changes or arrivals to the digital team.
  • General Project Support: Provide support for various projects and content management tasks as needed.

Promotions

  • Promotional Strategy Support: Assist in the development and maintenance of the overall promotional strategy.
  • Promotion Setup: Build promotions in the backend by setting up promotional codes, price lists, and adding promotional banners.
  • Market Pricing Monitoring: Monitor daily market pricing and alert relevant teams of any discrepancies.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality control on promotion setups and validate promo codes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel: Strong skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in handling data, sales reporting, data entry, and variance analysis to maintain high data integrity.
  • Organizational Skills: Must be highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a "make it happen" attitude.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive Approach: Ability to identify and address tasks that need to be completed without being prompted.
