Clinical Wireless Monitoring Technician 2 EVENING SHIFT

The Clinical Wireless Monitoring Technician 2 receives, analyzes, and processes ECG transmissions/events through the Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF) software program(s), provides technical analysis of ECG data supporting the IDTF in the completion of processing events. This position a

addresses and processes higher level heart rhythms and addresses escalations made or requested through the Review process in MSA from lower-level technicians.

Your role:

  • Stay up-to-date on developing clinical knowledge, specifically ECG rhythm interpretation analysis
  • Review ECG recordings and related algorithm findings for clinical accuracy/completeness and evaluate ECG for notification criteria and document actions
  • Address escalations through the review process from Monitoring Technician Level I in processing ECG abnormalities according to physician notification protocol
  • Escalate ECG abnormalities according to MSA and physician notification protocol
  • Ensure quality assurance of work analyzed and processed
  • Meet performance productivity standards of position
  • Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 2+ years of experience as a Monitoring Technician I
  • You have an active CRAT/CCT certification or RN or Paramedic/EMT
  • Your skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, a strong technical aptitude and computer skills, the ability to work in multiple technical mediums simultaneously, and strong ECG rhythm interpretation
  • You have a High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
  • Comfortable working evening schedule (1pm-11:30pm) as well as weekends and holidays on rotation. This is a hybrid role that requires you in the office and working remote.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
    You're an excellent communicator (verbal/written), have attention to detail, a team player, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $41,000 to $79,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
