Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager will leverage their network in the Electric Vehicles and Electric Vehicles Charging market to drive demand generation in OEM accounts. This role requires developing and implementing a business plan to position EIS Legacy, LLC as a complete solution provider. The focus is on delivering a services-oriented value proposition and pulling distribution products through as part of the total solution. Based on the West Coast, reporting to the VP of Sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of OEM leads through existing contacts and participation in business events.
  • Contribute to building project proposals with support from various departments.
  • Expand business within accounts and influence stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contract terms and maintain customer relationships.
  • Forecast orders, sales, and profits for assigned accounts.
  • Develop a go-to-market plan to communicate trends impacting revenues.
  • Serve as an industry expert and participate in professional societies.
  • Work with other teams to leverage customer relationships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience with engineered solutions.
  • Experience in Electric Vehicles segment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex proposals.
  • Experience with international business organizations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to establish productive relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, SugarCRM and SAP/Powr BI experience a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive new sales and increase revenue.
