Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS) is companywide Centre of Excellence to provide Product & Data Solutions. The Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX), a global organization that sits within EDDS and is responsible for providing Digital best-in-class Customer Experience globally. As part of the portfolio, one of the remits is to provide Communications Centre of Excellence with the charter of driving high quality, customer-servicing communication experience.

The open role is for Enterprise Communication Platform and Capabilities team under ECMX, leads the transition the POD communications platform to an in-house POA platform and add new and enhanced core capabilities for servicing communications. As a team, the focus is on driving engagement, satisfaction and revenue through a combination of best-in-class user experience through communications with compelling features and functionality globally.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who can help achieving the delivery targets for Communications Migration to the Raven POA platform (including but not limited to Paper, Email, SMS and Mobile App PUSH Notifications).

Core Responsibilities

·Envision the future of emerging channels and Communication capabilities in a Cardmember-first landscape, applying an innovative lens when defining what current and future channels need when it comes to communicating to Cardmembers instantaneously.

·Work with business stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize projects, and define clear requirements for technology partners when it comes to the world of servicing communications, whilst keeping team capacity and goals in mind

·Own product roadmap and translate business/customer needs to create features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, for owned products and capabilities; Execute upon roadmap in partnership with multiple scrum teams.

·Define and drive vision for capabilities and assess KPIs to track performance of communications.

·Expand Communications to new use cases across enterprise products.

·Drive collaborative spirit when working with technology, business stakeholders, and key partners across the Enterprise through frequent and open communication.

·Be an evangelist when it comes to communicating the communications strategy, across all levels of the organization

·Create solutions to complex technical challenges across various platforms, systems of record, and teams, to deliver scalable and innovative capabilities

·Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and industry trends

Minimum Qualifications5+ years' experience working as a product manager/owner in an Agile product development environmentProven track record of shaping the product vision and delivering digital capabilitiesExperience in leading and growing technical products and platformsHighly collaborative team player with persuasive communication skillsThought leader with experience in influencing partners and stakeholdersA passion for all things digital inside and outside of workBachelor's Degree in a related field Would be a bonusExperience in people leadership and coaching of direct reportsExperience working with Compliance & Design TeamsExperience with using qualitative and quantitative data to drive product backlogs and the strategic visionFamiliarity with the FinTech space Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
