Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program or MR Program, required.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in MRI, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification:
    • NH Medical Center-Certified and registered by ARRT in MRI - RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR) within 6 months of hire, required.
    • NH Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility - Certified and Registered within 6 Months of hire in ARRT RT(R)(MR), required.
    • Hospital Outpatient Department-Certified and registered by ARRT in MRI - RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR), required.
    • IV Credentialed, required.
    • Applicable state license, required.
  • Additional skills required: Profound knowledge of MRI imaging equipment, Analytical ability, and fundamental computer skills. The ability to interpret information to discern each patient's care requirements based on their age-specific needs. Excellent communication skills.
