Position type: Permanent.
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Remote

As Scrum Master you will:

Looking for a Scrum Master who can help to mature the scrum teams, make decision, remove blockers, and also perform certain Project Management activities.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope and timelines.
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
  • Work with product owners to handle backlog and new requests.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles.
  • Help teams implement changes effectively.
  • Guide developments teams to higher scrum maturity.
Required Skills:
  • Prior experience on scrum team.
  • Project management experience.
  • Healthcare experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of scrum technique and artifacts (Such as definition of done, User stories, Automated testing, backlog refinement)
  • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflicts.
  • Experience with successful Agile techniques.
  • Ability to work with and lead a team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $101, ,000 $ Per Annum
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
