Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand existing client relationships
  • Drive subscription renewals and upsells
  • Develop strategic account plans
  • Establish C-suite level relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Present product demos and proposals to customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B account management
  • Proven track record in exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in SaaS/DaaS environment
