This is a remote role and can be located anywhere in the US.

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Success Manager at Aura, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, driving customer success, and ensuring the growth and retention of our SaaS product. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance, and facilitate adoption of our solutions, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and mitigating churn.

Primary Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to escalate customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.

Churn Mitigation:

  • Develop strategies and initiatives to minimize churn and maximize customer retention.
  • Analyze churn data, identify trends, and implement proactive measures to address potential issues.

Education and User Adoption:

  • Provide training and ongoing education support to clients to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Develop educational resources, tutorials, and documentation to help clients maximize the value of our SaaS product.
  • Promote and encourage salons to adapt to new features in the product

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or customer success for a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Beauty industry experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Slack
