We are currently seeking a Consulting, Snowflake Leader to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
As a Snowflake Leader, you will spearhead the development and execution of our Snowflake practice, driving strategic initiatives to establish and grow our capabilities from the ground up. You will leverage your expertise to architect innovative data solutions, lead and mentor a high-performing technical team, and collaborate closely with sales and alliance teamns to drive revenue growth. Your role will involve fostering strategic partnerships, enhancing the delivery of high quality soluitions that meet and exceed client expectations. By staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices, you will ensure our Snowflake practice remains cutting-edge and competitive, positioning us as a leader in the data solutions space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a compelling vision for the future, driving the organization towards achieving strategic goals.
- Driving sales and revenue growth for Snowflake solutions, with a strategic approach to identifying and capturing business opportunities
- Developing and managing channel sales strategies, including partnerships and reseller agreements
- Working with alliance teams and fostering strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities and drive joint initatives.
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for Snowflake services and solutions, aligning with the organizational goals and market trends
- Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Effectively manage and lead through periods of change, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained organizational growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
- Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable for achieving results.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake's cloud data platform.
- 12+ years of proficiency in architecting, implementing, and managing cloud data solutions.
- 12+ years of practice leadership experience.
- Ability to travel at least 25%.
Preferred Skills:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree preferred.Excellent client facing skills with the ability to understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong collaboration skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and work effectively acroos cross functional teams .
- Proficient in delivering presentations, training sessions, and technical workshops to diverse audiences.
- Extensive experience with data modeling, ETL processes, data integration, and data warehousing.
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-cloud environments and familiarity with a range of data management tools and technologies.
- Experience leading and mentoring project teams, providing technical guidance and support.
- In-depth knowledge of data governance, security, compliance, and best practices in data management.
- Valuable "Big 4" Management Consulting experience and exposure to multiple industries.
