The Pharmacy Technician in Westfields Hospital & Clinic's Inpatient Pharmacy is provides a positive customer service environment, assists the Pharmacist with preparation and dispensing of medications, responsible for insurance processing and adjudication, manages inventory, and ensures best practices are followed to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Work Schedule:

  • .8 FTE/32 hours weekly. 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday with every 3rd weekend 8a-noon

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Minimum of 1 year recent Pharmacy Technician experience required.
  • Registered technician in Wisconsin.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Candidate must be able to communicate proficiently and accurately with all levels of professional care givers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an approved pharmacy technician program and National Pharmacy Technician Certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience in EPIC computer system.
