This is an office-centered position*--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.

Duties

You will:

  • Serve as an advisor to key officials on regulations and requirements associated with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs.
  • Develop and implement recommended changes in policies and practices to eliminate barriers and attain affirmative employment goals, program objectives, and reporting requirements.
  • Process discrimination complaints, negotiate settlements for the prompt resolution of complaints, and provide counseling services where needed.
  • Provide advice and guidance for the National Reasonable Accommodation Program and support the process by which the Agency complies with mandated requirements of law, policy, and regulation.
  • Advise and educate employees, managers, and leadership on EEO programs.
