The Overnight Guest Service Agent is responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift

Primary responsibilities include:
registering guests, making reservations, checking all in-house reservations and correcting any posting errors. The Overnight Guest Service Agent must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.

They must also be able to problem solve and troubleshoot in order to resolve guest issues that may arise while responding to emergency situations.

In the absence of the Night Auditor, the Overnight Guest Service Agent should be able to handle the audit responsibilities.
