As the Senior Vice President (SVP) Brand and Communications at Hello Heart, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our brand strategy while leading our communications efforts. This position demands a versatile individual who can blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, serving as both a leader and a player-coach within our dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to drive brand awareness and establish our company as a trailblazer in the digital health industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in brand management, marketing communications, or related fields, preferably within the digital health sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Proven experience executing on a high-impact rebrand
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into executional tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for various audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of innovative problem-solving and the ability to anticipate market trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.
  • Manage a team responsible for brand positioning, messaging, and creative assets across all channels, including digital, social, print, and events.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of all external communications materials, including press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and sales, to ensure consistency and effectiveness in messaging and visual ID.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to continuously refine our brand strategy and messaging approach.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and externally, fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of our brand among employees, partners, and customers.
