Operational Excellence:

Recruit, onboard, and train store teams to foster a culture of excellence and achievementConduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities Leadership:

Qualifications:
Retail Management
Experience:
3
years of managerial experience in a customer-focused retail environment - A Must Preferably in the optical or eyewear industry - An advantage Sales and performance:
Proven track record of driving sales results and delivering exceptional customer serviceAbility to inspire and motivate teams to achieve performance goals Leadership Abilities:
The company expects the US Director of Retail to have strong leadership skills and be able to build, coach, and retain high-performing teamsThey should also have effective communication and decision-making skills Problem-Solving Skills:
