The role

The SOLUTION ARCHITECT role offers a unique opportunity to contribute your talents and experience to a growing team. Every day will be different, working with colleagues on a diverse range of internal and external projects, proposing thoughtful and appropriate solutions to complex challenges, and working with applicable customers to ensure best practices and solutions are aligned with enterprise guidelines, standards, and validated approaches.

In this role, you will focus the majority of your efforts on mentoring and transferring knowledge to Solution Architects, developing best practices, and driving organizational improvement around customer use cases and processes, scope analysis workshops, and business process optimizations. You will be relied upon to identify opportunities for team growth and development to build skills and competencies.

  • Demonstrated success in training or mentoring colleagues on technical solutions and customer-facing skills such as presenting, workshop facilitation, process mapping, and consulting
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

  • Excel in preparing and delivering technical customer demonstrations and facilitating workshops

Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:

  • Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent professional qualification)
  • Background in solution consulting or computer science, general knowledge of software programming, development, and deployment practices
  • 5 years' experience (or equivalent) in areas such as, but not limited to:
    • Business process or asset management technology solution architecture, ideally in a marketing, print, or packaging domain
    • Providing software and/or services to consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or retail customers
    • Software user training (e.g. workflow building, system configuration, system admin, developing key users up to a superuser / admin level)
    • Javascript and SQL knowledge / experience a plus
    • Other technical services domains (e.g. application engineering, enterprise level software installation)
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German are a plus. Additional languages appreciated.
  • Broad experience in Esko software (WebCenter, MediaBeacon, Automation Engine) along with experience in Packaging is highly desirable
  • Validation experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry is considered a plus
  • Willingness to travel nationally and regionally up to 25% of your time normally, with higher peaks during busy periods

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $100-120K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
