As a VITAL LPN, your primary responsibility will be to cover weekly Priority Shifts, ensuring the care needs of our residents are met.
*Responsibilities and Purpose:
- Provide compassionate bedside care.
- Administer medications and meticulously document therapeutic outcomes.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
- Contribute to resident comfort and wellbeing.
- Collect samples and oversee catheter care.
- Provide guidance and coaching to fellow staff when needed.
- Possession of a current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License.
- Uptodate First Aid and CPR certification.
- One or more years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care setting is preferred.
