*Desired Experience and Education:

  • Possession of a current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License.
  • Uptodate First Aid and CPR certification.
  • One or more years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care setting is preferred.
