Job Summary


PRADCO Outdoor Brands is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team as the key contributor to our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function.

As an Analyst - FP&A, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic decision-making process, optimizing financial performance, and providing insightful analysis to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning processes to support the overall strategic goals of the company.
  • Collaborate with General Managers and their teams to gather relevant financial data, analyze trends, and develop accurate forecasts and insightful reports.
  • Conduct in depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and scenario modeling, to identify opportunities for margin optimization and revenue growth.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to General Managers and PRADCO leadership team, assisting them in achieving financial objectives and improving overall Company performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards that provide meaningful insights into business performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Prepare executive level presentations and reports to communicate financial analysis, recommendations, and performance updates to EBSCO senior management.
  • Support the M&A function by performing financial due diligence, analyzing potential acquisition targets, and assisting with financial modeling and valuation assessments.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial performance.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within the FP&A function and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.

  • A minimum of one years' experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and scenario analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and financial software systems (e.
g., ERP, budgeting tools, BI platforms). Experience with SAP is a plus.
