Keck School of Medicine of USC Street Medicine is hiring a full-time advanced practice provider (APP) to deliver services directly to patients experiencing homelessness in their environment such as under bridges, in encampments, and on the street.
This is an exciting opportunity to pioneer the field of street medicine in
Los Angeles, CA, home to the largest unsheltered homeless population in the United States.
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the APP will perform diagnostic, therapeutic, preventative, and health maintenance services under the direction and supervision of a licensed physician.
Job Qualifications:
1.
Preferred Education: current Advanced Practitioner License (PA, NP, etc.)
2.
Preferred Experience: 3 years, of experience working with the homeless population
