Under this concept, the Comporium Group is uniquely positioned to offer customers a one-stop-shopping for all their communications needs.

SUMMARY
Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with the Comporium small to mid-size account base. The SMB Sales Account representative position focuses on supporting the customer by providing premier customer service, account maintenance, and all sales activity associated with these accounts. This position will receive both salary and commission based on up-sale performance and contract renewals. This includes customer visits and presentations. Works along side Business Solutions and Major Accounts as a liaison for the teams customers in Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Lancaster, Charlotte, and the surrounding areas utilizing CRM to document all customer activities. Responsible for growing account base revenue through proactively contacting, upselling, and increasing renewal revenue to ensure meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets. Serves as a liaison for Business Solutions and Major Accounts on customer call backs, delegating sales orders, changes or update orders through sales support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate new revenue from existing customer base, meeting and/or exceeding assigned quotas through solution based selling, effectively communicating products and services that would be optimal for the customer.
  • Maintain Business Accounts in CRM (Contracts, Activities, New Opportunities). Serves as a liaison and assist as needed for customer call backs, delegating sales orders, changes or update orders through sales support for Business Solutions and Major Accounts. Follow up on customer troubles on behalf of SMB, Business Solutions, and Major Accounts.
  • Existing customer account analysis: Audit each customer account months before their contract expires and develop solutions that will increase revenues and give the customer a better solution for their business when considering their contract.
  • Overall account management including: occasional customer visitation, customer presentations. Bill reviews, and all new sales associated with existing account base.
  • Other duties and special projects as requested by management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Business Degree preferred
  • Must have at least 2 years of sales or customer service experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills required
  • Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented with a strong technical aptitude and the ability to maintain a high level of performance
