Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior ServiceNow Technician to join our team in the DMV area. We have opportunities in the Washington, DC area as well as Northern Virginia and Maryland. If you are looking for an opportunity in any of those locations, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting and maintaining the ServiceNow platform within an organization.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and implement solutions to enhance system performance and functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and provide training and support to end users.
  • Play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the ServiceNow platform and meeting the organization's IT service management needs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
  • High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of additional experience may be used in lieu of required degree.
  • 5 years of position-specific relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant industry standard certifications such as Advanced ServiceNow Certification.

Clearance Requirements:

  • This role requires an active Top Secret

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
