Maximus currently has a Subcontract-Third Party Outreach Manager opportunity with the Maximus Montana Employment and Training Project. This Project will provide intake, assessment and development of an Employability/Service Plan (ESP) plus case management of participants along with job development, placement, & retention services. Our goal is to equip participants to be successful in the world of work by building their skills capacity, prioritizing employment, and supporting retention.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, negotiate, and administer a variety of subcontracts, consulting agreements, licensing agreements and modifications thereto.
  • Manage the implementation of subcontracts and compliance policies and local procedures ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company directives.
  • Ensure subcontracts are prepared and administered in accordance with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) compliance objectives, local procedures and work instructions for the business unit.
  • Oversee preparation of RFP's for distribution to subcontractors of a proposal package.
  • Advise others on intellectual property issues which may affect company rights, obligations, and IP related opportunities.
  • Evaluate proposals from subcontractors for completeness and adherence to compliance with prime contractor flow down requirements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
  • Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems.
  • Work requires considerable judgment and initiative.
  • Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization.
  • This position requires you to have reliable transportation to travel to other offices within the region.
  • This position requires travel up to 50% of the time.
  • This position requires residency in the state of Montana.
  • Previous Maximus experience preferred.
  • Previous incumbent experience preferred.

Home office requirements:

  • Reliable high-speed internet service
  • Minimum 20 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity
  • Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds

Pay Transparency

For positions on this contract, Maximus will pay the prevailing wage rate for the location in which the employee is working, as determined by the Department of Labor. That wage rate will vary depending on locality. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation.

$43,500.00

Annual Base Pay Maximum for this Position

$58,810.00
