Conxall, located in Villa Park, Illinois, is a manufacturer of custom designed connectors and cable assemblies. We supply highly engineered harsh environment cable assembly products to the industrial, agricultural, lighting, safety, outdoor recreation, and medical industries.
We are currently seeking and Office Administrator that will cover several functions. As receptionist this role greets and directs visitors and vendors, answers calls, and maintains supplies. As accounts payable clerk, this role enters invoices into the accounting system, matches documentation. Insures correct sign-offs, researches vendor inquires, and maintains vendor files. As administrative assistant, this role assists other departments as needed with a variety of tasks.
This is an On Site position - Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm.
$16-$18/Hour
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and have them sign in
- Direct vendors or applicants to the right employee contact
- Answers calls to Conxall's main line
- Handle in-bound and outbound mail
- Maintain office supply cabinet
- Enter AP invoices
- Match invoice with receiving documents and POs
- Insures correct signature approvals
- Research vendor inquiries
- Maintain vendor records (paper/electronic)
- Assist other departments as needed
- Shredding
- Sales order input/confirmations
- Spreadsheet work, etc.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Good time management skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Personable
- Experience with accounts payable systems a plus (MS Dynamics 365 /Nav)
- Excel skills a plus
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma
- Experience in an office or manufacturing environment
- 1-2 years' experience with accounts payable a plus
