Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers. You will coordinate across the FASTSIGNS design, production, and installation teams in our Charlotte and Rock Hill production and delivery centers as well as key vendor partners. In this role you will:

Develop an in-depth knowledge of signs and visual graphics fundamentals and product offerings

Receive incoming internet, email, phone, and walk-in inquiries, Collaborate to develop and deliver custom signage proposals

Convert estimates to orders and coordinate the production and delivery of our custom solutions

Coordinate customer product pick-up, delivery, and installation
