Pricing Coordinator

The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of all Dairy Foods pricing in our pricing system. This role is responsible for researching, resolving, and clearing price discrepancies on customer orders to ensure accurate and timely invoicing that aids in reducing customer concerns, delayed payments, customer deductions, and lost revenue. The Pricing Administrator works closely with all levels of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Logistics, to provide support to meet business needs.

This position is located at our Arden Hills, MN corporate headquarters (hybrid work arrangement each week), however training will be in person Monday-Friday

Experience-Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). ERP and Salesforce experience desired
  • Previous pricing experience preferred

Competencies-Skills:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provides timely information to others in order to make accurate decisions
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to work openly and share information with Land O'Lakes management, team members, and customers
  • Able to manage multiple tasks
