The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring for a Compliance Manager to join our digital gaming team at Gamewise. As a Compliance Manager, you will ensure all internal controls, marketing operations, business operations, and risk and fraud processes are being followed in line with compliance regulations. The Compliance Manager will be the primary liaison between Gamewise and the state regulators.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $ $92200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration of the Gamewise responsible gaming program.
  • Review escalated customer complaints.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the risk and fraud team.
  • Partner with Delaware North leadership to establish audit programs for regular testing, ensuring compliance with all rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Ensure all compliance reporting requirements are met for all regulators.
  • Certify that the appropriate training of associates as it relates to Title 31 and regulatory requirements is completed.
  • Review and track escalations received by the customer support and risk and fraud teams; ensure responses are given in a timely manner with adequate explanations.
  • Review regulatory and compliance activities with the General Manager and Compliance Committee at the property.
  • Work with finance and accounting to ensure appropriate processes, systems and reports are in place for the compliant and effective operation of all payment functions in the business.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' business experience in a large organization in an audit, finance, or accounting role.
  • No college degree required.
  • At least 2 years of audit supervisory or audit management experience.
  • Excellent writing skills as it relates to detailed procedural processes.
  • Ability to understand and interpret procedural processes for operational reporting.
