Delaware North Product Manager Job Description

About the Opportunity

Delaware North is seeking a Product Manager to join our Gamewise team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, working closely with technology partners, and delivering best-in-class products across Sports Betting and iGaming verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product roadmap, prioritizing new features, functionality, and current product backlog
  • Establish product KPIs, goals, and identify opportunities to optimize the gaming product
  • Identify product requirements that meet Gamewise goals and coordinate third-party project teams delivering said products and functionality
  • Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of new platform products and holds third-party providers to deadlines and project plans
  • Provide delivery updates to key stakeholders in the business and communicate associated risks
  • Oversee product migration needs and drive all parties to successful completion
  • Manage day-to-day key third-party relationships as they relate to product and platform
  • Manage new app launches and updates in coordination with technology partners
  • Own UAT testing and signoff of all releases
  • Provide relevant training on new product feature/functionality to cross-functional teams to ensure all team members are current on the product offering
  • Understand key metrics for the product's success and be an expert on market requirements
  • Conduct market research and have a deep understanding of business trends and competition
  • Understand customer needs and be able to interpret customer feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business management, or related area of study
  • 2 years of experience as a Product or Project Manager or similar position responsible for defining and managing project scope
  • Experience in managing delivery of customer-facing and internally facing products or services
  • Mobile app experience preferred
  • PMI or PMP certification or similar from an accredited organization
  • Previous Gaming experience preferred
  • Excellent project management skills, including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Solid technical understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle
  • Employs strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and apply new technologies
  • Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
