Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Compliance Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, including performing administrative and notary services, and assist our compliance team with various duties related to cryptocurrency regulations and fintech compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site administrative support one day per week, including performing notary services.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of compliance-related documents.
  • Monitor and update compliance records to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes in the fintech and cryptocurrency sectors and assist in communicating these updates to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure company-wide compliance.
Qualifications
  • Notary Public certification in the state of Florida (or willingness to obtain certification).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
Location Requirements
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL.
  • On-site presence is required one day per week for administrative and notary services.
Hours and Compensation
  • Part-time position, approximately 10-20 hours per week.
  • Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
