This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions As a Manager of Global Pricing you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Global Pricing team reporting to Sr. Manager, Global Pricing, you will work on projects including increasing pricing precision to changes in demand, implementing advanced pricing algorithms for inventory innovations, and leveraging technology to maximize hotel revenue performance.

Requirements

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

Identifying Pricing Opportunities: Collaborate with cross-functional commercial teams, test and implement new pricing capabilities, and execute actions swiftly to drive value for Hilton's hotels.
Risk Management and Communication: Manage risks related to scope, resources, timeline, or cost. Ensure alignment with performance goals by working closely with stakeholders throughout the process.
Analytics and Measurement: Partner with Hilton Analytics to measure performance results and drive adoption of pricing actions.
How you will collaborate with others:Work closely with Analytics, Capabilities, Technology (internal and vendors), and Commercial Leadership ensuring business requirements align with Pricing vision.
Engage in frequent discussions to prioritize initiatives, escalate risks and dependencies, assess alternatives when appropriate, and provide key milestone updates.
What deliverables you will take ownership of: Long-term Pricing Capabilities: represent business strategy and needs for developing and implementing new capabilities and enhancements to pricing solutions.
Short-term Pricing Performance: leveraging existing and new capabilities, facilitate smooth and successful implementation of pricing strategy, end-to-end, to drive incremental performance at Hilton's portfolio of hotels.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

Four (4) years of work experience in Analytics, Commercial Services, Product, Pricing, or Revenue Management.
Travel up to 10% of the time.
It would be useful if you have:Three (3) years of Hilton Revenue Management or Analytics experience
Certification in project management, product management, and/or MicroStrategy.
