Insight Global is looking for a Midlevel NOC Technician to help support our clients growing clientele. This person will be joining a team of 9 comprised ofProject Engineers, Network Engineers and others.

This individual will primarily be dealing with managing alerts, identifying fixes within the network and documenting network issues that they deal with on a day to day basis.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors in computer science or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years Networking Monitoring Experience
  • Networking Experience/BackgroundCISCO is preference can be Aruba, Meraki etc.
  • Experience managing alerts, identifying fixes within a Network setting/NOC setting
  • Heaving documentation experience
  • Experience identifying issues in SQL statements
Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Azure background
