Insight Global is looking for a Midlevel NOC Technician to help support our clients growing clientele. This person will be joining a team of 9 comprised of Project Engineers, Network Engineers and others.

This individual will primarily be dealing with managing alerts, identifying fixes within the network and documenting network issues that they deal with on a day to day basis.

Azure background

• Bachelors in computer science or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years Networking Monitoring Experience
• Networking Experience/Background CISCO is preference can be Aruba, Meraki etc.
• Experience managing alerts, identifying fixes within a Network setting/NOC setting
• Heaving documentation experience
• Experience identifying issues in SQL statements
