About this role:

This position will serve as the product owner for the internal email distribution application and provide operational support to ensure the health, improvement, and success of the application. This individual contributor will be responsible for the product backlog and will have a deep understanding of the product roadmap to drive execution of organizational objectives. This position can sit in Charlotte, NC and is required to be in the office 3 days a week. The Wells Fargo job profile is Digital Product Manager.

In this role, you will:

Maximize the SCRUM team capacity to deliver a world-class portal experience Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver digital transformation solutions Define scope for LOB User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post-Production Validation (PPV) Translate product roadmap, define stories, prioritize story backlog and establish sprint goalsCollaborate with technology to work through a universal backlog of application enhancementsAccountable for the socialization of backlog and associated prioritiesFacilitate backlog refinement sessions and ensure alignment to strategic goalsCollaborate with UX/UI designers to create and refine user storiesMake real-time decisions during development sprints, providing clarifications and accepting/rejecting user stories based on the evolving needs of the productGather feedback and incorporate it into the product backlog and development plansRequired Qualifications:2+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment Experience executing digital transformation initiatives and concurrent work streamsExperience managing product delivery initiatives in an Agile environmentExperience working with Agile project management tools Experience designing processes focused on managing and mitigating operational riskExperience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizationsExperience conveying product priorities to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersOffice Locations:401 South Tryon Street - Charlotte, NCPosting End Date:
