In this role, you will:

  • Lead and Inspire a Global Team: Manage and mentor a diverse global team, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and high performance. Provide mentorship and guidance to your team, ensuring they have the support, resources, and development opportunities to contribute effectively to organizational initiatives.
  • Strategic Alignment with Leadership: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand and influence strategic direction, ensuring alignment in organizational communications and employee engagement efforts. Act as a liaison between your team and various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and proactive communication across the organization.
  • Executive Communications Management: Develop, align, and execute executive communications strategies, including messaging, all-hands meetings, and other high-visibility communications, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Internal Communications Strategy: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive internal communications plans, including the development and optimization of communication channels and crafting impactful messaging.
  • Program Management: Oversee programs such as recognition, cultural initiatives, and service anniversaries, ensuring they resonate globally and enhance the employee experience.
  • Strategic Initiative Support: Drive the execution of strategic programs, including executive reviews, calendar alignment, and staff meetings, while providing robust support for key executive initiatives.
  • Enablement Tools Management: Oversee and optimize the use of enablement tools such as Rise360. Specifically manage critical migration projects like OraDocs to SharePoint, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization of the Oracle Learning platform. Coordinate with Rick Garcia (primary) and Megan Chappo to ensure successful execution and stakeholder satisfaction in these key initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within communications and enablement, driving innovation and efficiency in delivering organizational goals.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing a global, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

Manages employees who perform project management duties which involving cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of internal products and processes. Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfaces with internal customers or department personnel. Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings. Ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule.

US: Hiring Range: from $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
