The purpose of this role is to design, develop, and execute strategies that align to the development of sustainable solutions that advance Enterprise Technology (ET) operational performance. Serve as a key subject matter expert (SME) on business operations for the Enterprise Technology enterprise. Lead developing a reporting roadmap and validation reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  1. Lead the management of agenda, inputs, reviews, and follow-ups associated with Data & Analytics teams' Working Groups, inputs to technology committees, and to the Board
  2. Lead the management of manage agenda, inputs, reviews and follow-ups associated with Data & Analytics' Monthly & Quarterly Regulatory meetings
  3. Lead the completion efforts of Enterprise Data & Analytics' responses to all regulatory requests, facilitating reviews and sign-offs across EDA leadership and GCO stakeholders
  4. Manage the coordination of required deliverables and/or organizational-wide processes between Enterprise Data & Analytics organization and Risk Management teams
  5. Maintain detailed calendar of the Data & Analytics governance routines throughout a given month, inclusive of ensuring proper planning and timing for reviews and approval of materials
  6. Manage a repository of all final materials from various working groups, committees, and Board presentations
  7. Partner with risk and regulatory relations teams to improve routine processes

QUALIFICATIONS

1.Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing business operations within a technology organization.

2.Extensive experience managing multiple highly complex simultaneous projects involving cross-functional project teams within budgetary and schedule constraints.

3.Exceptional financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial tracking.

4.Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and executive-level presentations that can be tailored to meet a broad range of audience and levels.

5.Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to align operational efforts with broader business objectives.

6.Extensive understanding of Project Management principles, agile methods and techniques.

7.Requires advanced technical and business knowledge in policy development.

8.Outstanding analytical skills with attention to detail.

9.Outstanding documentation, organization, time management, and problem solving skills.

10.Ability to build consensus with technology and business teams in order to work through others in achieving desired results and objectives.

  1. Experience within a business management office at a large financial institution
  2. Expertise in working across large, cross-functional teams to complete deliverables
  3. Understanding of and experience supporting governance structures and routines – working groups, committees, etc.
